Hampton Gardens is a private community of active 55+ adults located in Deerfield Beach, FL. The complex was built in the 1970’s in the spirit of beautiful South Florida. We are a short drive to beaches as well as cultural and varied entertainment available in Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, and West Palm Beach.
We have resident-driven committees and volunteers who help to maintain the beauty, safety and security of our community in conjunction with our Board of Directors. Many recreational activities are available in our clubhouse and on the grounds near our pools. Hampton Gardens is a great and friendly place for living year round or for our ‘snowbird friends'.
